Two fraternity boys from South Carolina University who appear in the film on a road trip boozing it up and making sexist and racist comments as they watch a sex tape of Pamela Anderson lost their bid to have the scenes cut from the DVD.
The students had claimed the film damaged their reputations, and tried to sue for fraud and breach of contract. A judge recently threw out the case.
Other cases aren't going away quite so quickly.
